We have been lucky enough to secure some of the small harvest of an experimental hop, code named CF133, part of Charles Faram’s hop development breeding programme. It is the ‘daughter’ of Jester. So we have squeezed it into the series, between 3 and 4, hence the name pi (non mathematicians can Google pi…). We have no tasting notes as our customers will be guinea pigs! Let us know what you think, as we’ve promised to give feedback to the growers.
