Tap at the Dew Drop, Hurley. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a lasting frothy light tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, light liqourice. The flavour is light sweet, light liqourice bitter, with a smooth, slightly watery, roasty malt, light liqourice, creamy, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Keg at the Old Bull, Henley, 18/04/15. Black with a decent tan head that retains well. Nose is light roast, brown sugar, cocoa powder, faint charr, hint of dark fruit. Taste comprises rich chocolate tones, roast malt, molasses, raisens, toffee fudge. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light roast. Decent wholesome stout with a good chocolate profile.
