440ml can from Aldi. Thick and black with a very small tan head. Chocolate and orange aroma, flavour is sweet chocolate with a hint of orange. Would have preferred more orange tbh

Black beer, thin beige head which soon fizzles down to a film. Smells of bittersweet orange and malt. Flavour has tart orange, cocoa, toasty malt. Some citrus zest too and maybe a little lactose as well, it's smooth and rich and rather drinkable.

On cask @ the Stockbridge Tap. Appearance - close to opaque black with some orange chinks. Nice head. Nose - major concentrated orange juice note, some roast but you have to search for the chocolate and it’s not necessarily there. Taste - more concentrated orange, like orange liqueur in fact. Cointreau. Palate - medium bodied with a tangy texture and finish that is unfortunately too sweet. Overall - I’m not really getting the malt and hops. The orange is too dominant.
