A deliciously drinkable stout combining luscious malty overtones with a gentle sweet metallic aftertaste.

Bottle from Brew Cavern, Nottingham. Pours almost black with a mid sized beige head. Aroma of chocolate, coffee, roasted malt, slight nut and dried fruit. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Medium body, average to soft carbonation.

Bottle at Craig’s. Pours dark brown with an off-white head. Aromas of light roast, light chocolate. Taste is wassy, not much going on. Not great.
