Bottle from The Beerhive. Hazy pale golden body with a thick, lasting white head. Lively carbonation. Excellent lacing. Aroma of grapefruit, mandarin and yeast. Zippy flavour of bitter lemon, coriander, lime zest, sparkling water and a hint of mint. Thin body with a spritzy mouthfeel. The best looking Six Degrees North beer I’ve had to date, and tastiest too. Wonderful stuff.

Keg at the brewpub in Aberdeen. Translucent yellow straw coloured pour with a thin white head. Aroma is tart grape skins, wheat, and some sharp lemon. Flavour is tart, wheat, tanin, grape, and light onion. Fluffy palate with fairly high carbonation. Very interesting.

Bottle from Thistle News. It pours lightly hazy pale gold with a thick white head. The nose is fresh, doughy, grainy, muffin, apple citrus peel and grapefruit. The taste is crisp, bitter, pepper, drying, lemon peel, soap and apple skin with a very dry finish. Light body and moderate carbonation. Risk and refreshing. Solid low abv action.
