Aroma a levadura, cereal y notas especiadas. En boca es perfecta de gas, suave, refrescante. Sabor muy qgradable, cualidades propias del estilo, notas cítricas, ligero cilantro.

Bottle from Biernavigatie. Aroma is wheat, ripe fruity notes, light citrus, some banana, dough, spicy yeast with a soft herbal touch. Flavour is above moderate sweet and lightly bitter. Body is medium. Sweetish and a bit flat, not a great Wit.

Opalescent pale yellow colour, half inch of dense snow-white head; aroma of lemon peel, some sourish white wine and maybe coriander; taste is the sam with some bread, as well as syrupy notes; not really amazing, but drinkable

Bottle 33cl. from Boerenjongens @home poured into a tumbler. Hazy straw yellow colour, small frothy white head, half-way lasting, almost no lacing. Weak aroma, wheat, yeast, light banana, coriander. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, yeast, light spicy notes. Light body, watery texture, average carbonation. Light sweet and bitter aftertaste, mild sourish touch, metallic notes and lingering spiciness. Better than the old non-bio edition but still not good enough, okay.

A pretty firm wheat beer. Some banana, some clove, and some good bitterness that might be more in place with an older IPA. Wheat is clearly there, but missing the softness and pillowy mouthfeel of a good weizen, or the brightness of a wit. W(heat)IP.
