Combine Maraschino and Morello cherries, chuck in some inspiration from collaborating with the Signature Brew lads and this is what happens. Punchy cherry is complemented by the chewy mouthfeel and lingering bitterness which makes this stout a real winner.

Bottle at Craig’s. Pours hazy brown, thin beige head. Cherry aromas, sweet taste. Simple but nice.

Bottle at Craig’s. Pours black, light cherry nose, sweet chocolate, taste is sweet, dry toffee, light chocolate, hint of cherry.
