From tap. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, citric and slight wineous. Smooth fruity, slight citric. Mellow. Smooth fruity, slight wineous. Smooth fruity finish.

Borefts VII. Day 2. Keg. Hazy pale gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and crisp. Mild lactose in to modest lemony sourness. Minerals. Semi dry crisp finish. Fine.

Keg at BBF 7, Bodegraven, 26/09/15. Pale golden blonde with an off White covering. Nose is light funk, citric peel, vanilla, straw. Taste comprises light buttery notes, damp straw, lemon rind, nutty. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Pretty basic affair.

Leicht trübes goldgelbes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch trocken fruchtig, leicht hopfig. Geschmack nach Gewürzen, Citrusfrüchte, leicht hopfig und säuerlich.

Clear pale beige beer, creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: floral, bit fruity, sourish, funky. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: bit watery, sourish, fruity, citrus, watermelon. Aftertaste: soft sourness, watery. Meh.

Has a dark yellow colour. Sour shetbert and funk. Fruity edge and bit hoppy. Sharp. A bit unrefined.

Draft sample @ Oersoep Bierfest 2015, Nijmegen. Léger doré-orangé, fin blanc. Arôme est houblonné, fruité agrumes. Retrouve peu du côté sour mash du moins dans le nez. Palais est légèrement fruité sur de belles notes agrumes. Fleuri léger malt pâle avec un petit côté pils. Le tout reste assez léger malgré un côté suret modéré. Pas mauvaise mais on est loin de la vague de Berliner offerte pas nos amis anglais.
