[9/23/16] Draught sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2016 in Bodegraven. Day one. Cloudy pale yellow. Great aroma of lacto, lemon, fruity hops. Tart and refreshing flavor with fruity hops, lemon. Quite light-bodied. Great and refreshing.

Draught @ 7th Borefts Beer Festival 2015, Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Oedipus Vogelen ].Unclear matt medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy - yeasty, flowers, citrus, grapefruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart, grapefruit, fruity, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150926]

Sampled from tap at Meibockfestival Amsterdam 2016. Slightly hazy, pale, straw yellow with a white head. Sourish-fruity, slightly spicy aroma of lemon, gooseberry, wheat and some juniper. Sour, fruity taste of lemon, rhubarb and wheat, followed by a short, rather tart, slightly spicy finish with hints of juniper. Thin body, spritzy and astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite nice!
