This classic American Pale Ale is is floral to the nose and flavorful to the mouth. 2 - row, 5 specialty malts, and just the slap right amount of Cascade hops makes our pale ale just a shade short of perfect. Grab some and tell us what you think. Surely to be one of your new favorites.

Slight protein haze, deep honey pour, extra frothy.
Rich crystalized malt nose, some sharpness.
Crispy but old, astringent medicinal & pine hops.

Might be good fresh.

Draft at the Birmingham Brewhouse in the Birmingham Airport. Amber with a frothy white head. Grassy aroma with mild citrus tones. Taste is mildly bitter with grainy notes at the finish. Medium to light body with balanced carbonation and moderate watery texture. Drinkable but uninteresting.

Biscuit ale? So much toasted malt, as easygoing and inoffensive as a pale can get. Which, unfortunately, isn’t a compliment. Mild citric-floral hop bitterness shores up the middle, but the finish is fairly bland, grainy and semisweet with a mild hop bite. Average, but I do like the can.

Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can from shrubber82 poured into a glass. Hazy Amber with medium white head. Aroma is grassy hops, medium body, medium carbonation, and pretty good lacing. Taste is herbal hops, grassy hops, and bitter finish. A fair amount of taste, but not my thing.
