A Germanesque wheat beer called SOFIA. The name comes from the German Aerospace Centre's Stratospheric Observatory For Infrared Astronomy, in case you were wondering. This beer is all about the Munich yeast that gives it a subtle hint of banana and cloves.

4.9abv keg at hanging bat... Amber... No head... Soft dull toffee malt nose.. Soft sweet malts... Soft toffee... Dry light t fruit
