Clear, bright gold. Film of white head. Bready, and yeasty. Creamy Sorachi. A bit of butter. Buttery malts. Taste is light bitter. Some bready sweetness. Palate is a bit saggy. Finishes dry, and light bitter. Smells ok, then becomes another buttery M&S job.

Bottle at home from Oxford St M&S. Aroma is classic sorachi, woody, lemongrass, coconut, lemon, wheat, grains. Clear golden / yellow coloured pour with a loose white head. Subtle saison yeast character on the nose. Flavour is composed of light semi-crisp grains, brea ,wheat, lemongrass, bark, coconut, nice distinct sorachi character. Iโm a big fan of sorachi and this showcases the unique hop very well . Palate is light and crisp, highish carbonation. Love it.

Bottle from M&S Moorgate. Clear gold lasting cream head. Saison yeast aroma. Some coconut, yes the sorachi ace comes in later. Some sweetness. Not an extra dry saison. Love the sorachi ace. In fact get rid of the saison and just have the sorachi ace. Coconut and pineapple. Lovely.

Pale gold in colour, with a slight, white, head and a touch of fizziness. Aroma of floral hops, with a hint of yeastiness, lemon and stone fruits. Flavour had more sharp citrus, a peppery kick, and creamy malts. Finish was dryish with a yeasty edge. Very good.

Bottle at home in London - snagged from the M&S on Oxford St. Pours totally clear gold, effervescent, with a dense, white cream topping. Plenty of citrus fruits in the nose, tangerine, lemon meringue, pine, grain and hay. Medium sweet flavor with a decent dose of saison yeast, dry hay, lemon zest, melon, bitter pine needles medium bodied with average to lively carbonation. Pretty well balanced on the finish, with further saison yeast, some ripening banana, pale bread, flaked wheat, bitter hay, slight grain husk, rindy citrus. Pretty solid overall.
