0,33l bottle shared at Bratislava Evening Tasting. orange hazy color, small off-white / yellowish head. smells of sweetness, candy, bit dusty, sweet herbs, smells quite malt heavy. medium to full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeeel. tastes rather sweet, oranges, sweet herbs, bit stale hoppy. finishes quite bitter / sweet with notes of grass and herbs. ok, but not a fan.

Pours a orange-ish brown, with a thin and unimpressive tan head. Smells of brown sugar caramel and pine resin. The taste is a bit unbalanced - sweet malty caramel and some smooth pine resin at first, followed by a herbal, almost medicinal, bitterness.

Bottle from my local M&S. Rich golden colour with a thick white head. Fruit and spice aroma with a touch of resin. Taste is light fruity sweet with a mid bitter finish.

F: average, off-white, average lasting. C: coppery/amber/orange, hazy but transparent. A: citrus, grassy, malty, earthiness. T: malty, some dusty/earthy, lemon grassy hops, some caramel, good bitterness on the palate, hint of peppery, pine, grape-fruit, medium body, good carbonated, 0,33l bottle, quite good but not greatest.

330ml bottle from my local M&S store: poured into an Arrogant Bastard badged US pint sleeve at home on 27th Nov 2015. Nice clear amber body, the head a huge lightly tanned foam blanket that hung around. Hops rule the nose and taste, slightly bitter with a malty underbelly to take away any really strong hop flavouring or true ’lip smacking bitterness’. I prefer this sort of style to the new wave US West Coast IPA hop monsters. UK hops rule OK!
