A robust red ale deriving it's hue and rich roasted Carmel character from ample additions of crystal malts which are balanced by copious cascade hopping

Draft: Poured a reddish brown with an off white colored head. Aroma is malty and hops. Taste is sweet malt up front with a nice tingly hops finish.

(On tap) Nashville. Clear, pale amber with a creamy, off-white head. Fresh, lightly citrusy aroma from the Cascade hops. Medium body with a vague hint of caramel. Distinct, hoppy finish. 290306

On tap Big River Nashville. Deep red bodied beer with a thin head. Hop aroma is there but not too overdone. Just enough hops in the flavor to be a drinkable brew although this is average all the way. To endure service as bad as I experienced, the beer will have to be much better.

Part of a sampler: Pours a dark amber color with a medium off-white head. Thin lacing. This brew has a heady hops aroma which surprised me a little. There was also some malt which was not so much of a surprise. Medium bodied, and very hoppy for an amber which was a nice change of pace from what most Ambers seem to offer. There is also a nice finish that produces some hops and citrus on the tongue where previously there was none.
