The marriage of “Crystal 100” coloured and Winsome Pale Ale malts ensure that this hearty, Strong Ale is full of malt and biscuit flavours. We return to the use of our exclusive whole hop “Epic” variety for aroma that proved so popular in our Terre Rouge beer . At 6.0% abv and with plentiful coloured malt additions, this beer is mid to dark brown in colour with delicate hop notes balancing of moderate malt flavours perfectly!
