We rely on age-old tools in the brewery despite being surrounded by high technology. As a sort of compass, we use the six pointed brewer’s star to help navigate uncharted brews. The cardinal points of water, malt, grain, yeast, hops and a brewer make the baseline. From there anything goes. Sometimes the journey is as important as the destination.
You’ll notice a slight bitterness in Compass derived from our use of rose hips accentuated by high effervescence. Drink it cold from a fluted or tulip glass. And by all means, avoid sea serpents.

Light haze on this pale gold beer, good white head. Crispy palate. Light malt base, touch of cream. Light citrus, nice orange, grapefruit and mild lemon. Nice sweetish floralness. Something else fruity as well, the rosehips most likely. Light finish. Tasty and very drinkable. Pleasingly floral - fruity.

Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Lots of juicy hop aroma with peach, orange and pine, notable alcohol and a slightly dusty note. Sweet and hoppy flavour almost like peach syrup with a bitter finish.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a lazinng white head. The aroma has notes of citrusy hops, lemons, and peasches. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and citrusy hops, leading to a lightly bitter finish.

Bottle @ home, courtesy of jcnielsen. Thanks bro! Pours a hazy yellow orange appearance with a big lasting white head. Moderately spicy, grapefruit citrusy, passion fruit, zesty Belgian yeasty aroma. Slightly tart, bright tangerine/grapefruity juicy fruity, spicy yeasty, a bit bready, lightly bitter, fruity hoppy flavor. Overall not too bad but I probably wouldn’t buy another one.

22 oz. bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out crackery malts, rose hips, and some floral hops. Flavour brings out rose hops upfront, floral hops, crackery malts and some slight Belgian yeast. Nice and dry palate, with a flowery finish. Low-to-medium complexity. Not the most refined beer, but solidly made.

Clear medium yellow body with a white head. Laces nicely. Spicy lemon aroma. Very floral. Tart flavor on the front. Tangy but the bitterness fades into a smooth dryness.
