A pale honey beer. Delicate flavours belie the strength. Fragrant honey flavours complemented by some citrus from the hops. Dry finish.

Cask conditioned at the Royal Oak, Bath 21/2/08. Deep golden coloured with a slight white head. Aroma was sweet with some crunchie bar honeyed sweetness and grassy hops. Flavour was similar with plenty of mild honey and a decent dry finish. Very drinkable.
