Keg at the bat. Pours a pale, cloudy yellow with a thin head. Aromas are grapefruit and lemon, very faint banana. Could do with more carbonation for me. Hops dominate the wheat-beer characteristics. Refreshing though.

Aroma: Turkish delight, wheat and grapefruit.
Appearance: Murky amber body with a thin white head that quickly fades to nothing. No lacing.
Taste: Sawdust, biscuit and chalk. Quite sweet with a faint lime note.
Palate: Thin to medium body with a watery texture, Soft carbonation.
Overall: The high wheat content dampens the brightness of the Citra hop.
