Bomber from Oak Tree Liquors S. Plainfield. Pours a hazy medium brown color with a medium sized frothy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of nutty, chocolate malts, faint fruits. The taste is nutty notes, brown malts, chocolate, bitter hops. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness. Decent.

Location: Updating with a 22 oz bottle from Buy Rite, 11/14/12

Aroma: The nose has some citrus hops, nuts, malty notes, bread, and toffee
Appearance: It pours a hazy orange-brown color with a small, bubbly beige head and spotty lace
Flavor: The taste is pretty balanced with a light-medium sweetness and a medium bitterness
Palate: The body is light-medium, it is pretty smooth, and fairly clean, with a light dryness on the finish
Overall Impression: This one seems to have a lot more of a hop presence then it did the last time I drank it, which surprised me quite a bit, as I was not expecting that at all. I think the hop component improves the beer quite a bit over my previous rating. Nice job with this one.
3.7: 7/4/7/4/15

Location: 22 oz bottle from Buy Rite, 8/30/11

Aroma: The nose is malty, some nuts, chocolate, caramel, fruit, and some light hops
Appearance: It pours a clearish brown color with an inch of beige head and spotty lace
Flavor: The taste is malty, with some light sweetness, and light bitterness, fairly balanced
Palate: The body is light-medium, slightly creamy, rather drinkable, and with average carbonation
Overall Impression: I thought this was a fairly well-made Brown Ale. It is fairly sessionable and easy drinking. A solid brew.
