A full-flavoured Belgian IPA. The bitterness is well integrated in true Belgian style with a pleasant kick at the end. Hopclassic is packed full of hop character and is super refreshing on the palate.

Keg @ The Bow, Edinburgh [120713]
Pale yellow, soft haze, thin white head
Aroma - very soft belgian yeast, hint of banan, slight spicy, bit musty
Taste sa aroma, bitter yeast, background of pale malts, touch of cake mix
Palate - Thinnish body, bit oily. Finish - quite bitter, yeasty, slight metallic linger
Overall - Not sure about this, a bit harsh, needs some more work
