Cask at Cloisters. An interesting one, pours hazy golden, sweet juicy lychee, nice peppery spice.

Aroma: Pink grapefruit with a hint of spicy pepper.
Appearance: Hazy amber body with a thin white head. Flat carbonation. Light lacing.
Taste: Fruity hop and malt sweetness before a biting peppery spice kicks in. Strong alcohol taste. Not particularly moreish, even with just a 1/3 pint.
Palate: Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Flat carbonation.
Overall: Very unusual, but a bit too harsh and boozy for my liking. My least favourite Elixir beer so far, but at least they keep trying something different.
