Cask at Cloisters. An interesting one, pours hazy golden, sweet juicy lychee, nice peppery spice.

Aroma: Pink grapefruit with a hint of spicy pepper.

Appearance: Hazy amber body with a thin white head. Flat carbonation. Light lacing.

Taste: Fruity hop and malt sweetness before a biting peppery spice kicks in. Strong alcohol taste. Not particularly moreish, even with just a 1/3 pint.

Palate: Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Flat carbonation.

Overall: Very unusual, but a bit too harsh and boozy for my liking. My least favourite Elixir beer so far, but at least they keep trying something different.

Cask at cloisters... Hazy copper... Thin tan head... Soft sweet fruits... Light pepper nose... Grapefruit front... Light cheesy oilyness... Long soft lychee finish and a tiny peppery bite... Im not fond of something in this probably a hop of some description
