Bottle from S-Market in Pello, Finland, September 2014. Hazy golden/yellow with a medium white head. Aroma and taste of citrus, yeast, some wheat, coriander and banana. The body was light. Drinkable but nothing special.

.500 bottle from Kilpisjärvi K-Market at Session XX. Heavily clouded faded yellow body with little head or lacing but a filmy layer. Sweet aroma (when manipulated) of tar, spices such as coriander and overripe fruits, especially banana. One-dimensional flavour more straight-up overripe fruits and yeast. Palate in quite non-descript and dry. Drinkable but uninteresting weissbier.

Bottle @ Rasmus place. Pours light yellow with a small white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, sweets, banana.Taste is rather sweet with wheat, yeast, banana, bubblegum. Thin body, lively carbonation. 240512

Rather floury and a bit stale aroma with banana esthers. Flavour has banana, flour, wheat, yeast and hints of bubblegum. A bit thin palate. Good, but 4,5% just isn’t enough.

Rerating 10.6.2018. Smell of yeast, some bread. Cloudy dark yellow colour, white head. Mild aroma of yeast banana, bread. Very light body. Flat carbon.
