Bottled. A deep red beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma has notes of caramel, malt, and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, malt, bread, and a bit of liqurice, leading to a dry lightly roasted finish. Lacks a bit to be a Baltic Porter.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of oh6gdx. Comes as "Stallhagen Winter Porter". Pours a clear deep brown with a warm tint of red and a smallish light brown head. Toffeeish aroma, some cocoa powder and sweet vanilla. Solid body, the roast now comes through more, rather burned ashy malts, quite rough with some alcohol presence - as most often in Baltic Porters. Malty bitter finish. 221112
