50 cl bottle @ home
Rather light, hoppy and fruity aroma for a porter with some yeast and hints of coffee. Actually feels a bit like a pils with some roastiness. Flavour is fruity and hoppy too with some roasted malt and coffee. Also some berries and caramel. A bit too much CO2 on palate. Feels a bit thin for a 7% ABV beer. Decent, but I like my porters more roasty and less hoppy, fruity or sweet. This was better on draught some months ago.

A colabrown beer with a almost big and light brown head. Aroma is bready and malty, roastiness, some coffee and hint of dark chocolate. Taste is malty and full, roastiness, nice sweetness and drying bitterness, but taste isn’t completely dry. Medium bodied, surprisingly light actually, nice. Quite nice, easily enjoyable and balanced porter.

Dark brown with white head. Starts out with a heavy portery aroma, then gets watered down and the end is sweet and caramely. Somehow still artificial.

Draught@St. Urho’s Pub
Dark brown, almost opaque color, small steady creamy off-white head, lace. Light toasted aroma with some papery-malty notes. Medium to full bodied. Sticky, almost a bit jelly-glueish palate. Berryish flavor with cocoa, chocolate maltyness. Sticky alcohol in the finish, also some licorice and vegetable notes. Good body, but unfortunately this brew is way too unbalanced and has not much of typical Baltic Porter character.
