The first of our 2012 collaborations. Brewed with the lovely Sarah of Naked Brewery fame. This is amber in style, brewed with Vienna malt for extra body and tangy Willamette American hops.

Shared with Finn at Alexandra Hotel, cask ale, half pint. Clear golden body. Fair lacing head. Restrained grassy hops on the nose. Taste of mango, pale malts and grass. Subdued fruit bitter end. So and so (Derby 19.02.2016).

On cask at Three Tuns, Dronfield - Deep gold body, frothy white head. Nose of heavy citrus and grass. Taste pure hay, grass and bitter oranges. Decent mouthfeel, but I couldn’t finish this. Very bitter in a bad way.

Picked this up in bottle from The Talbot, Amber brewery tap, Ripley, Derbyshire 27.07.13 consumed at home 28.07.13 Pours a murky orange/brown with off-white head. Some yeast but nose otherwise quite citrussy, orange, tangy, nice bitter beer. Solid hoppy with nice tongue tickling bitterness. Really like this. A7 A3 T8 P4 Ov15 3.6
