Cask at the southern. Pours deep brown, nose is sweet toffee, taste is juicy, toffee. --- Beer merged from original tick of Movember Foxtrot Whisky on 17 Nov 2012 at 20:10 - Score: 6
Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
On cask at Carters. Appearance - brownish with a creamy head. Nose - lightly sweet, toffee and apples. Taste - apples and brown malt but disappearing quite quickly. Palate - close to medium bodied, with a creamy texture and a fairly good finish. Overall - i didn’t get that this was a wheat ale. More like a Mild and almost a brown ale.

Cask at Red Squirrel. Not so much red as dark brown, decent white head. No wheat on the aroma, most toffee and red fruit. Taste has a light sweetness, no real bitterness. Finishes a bit thin and insubstantial. OK.

cask at blue blazer .... copper .. thin tan head ... soft toffee malt nose ...juicy malts ... sweet toffee ... soft fruits .. light mellow roast ... light hop .. definitly there but cant quite place ... nice

Reddish copper, thin white head
Aroma - caramel malts, soft cereals, slight vegetative note, overall light aroma
Taste - caramel malts, soft cereals, touch of toffee malts and fruity malts, bit under flavoured for the abv.
Palate - medium body, quite smooth, texture a little oily. Finish as main flavour.
Overall - It’s not one of William’s best beers.

From cask at Inn Deep. Pours clear and golden orange with a small tan head. Aroma is fruity, grapefruity and peachy. Toasted malt, breadish. Dry and bitter. Malty yet light hoppy finish.
Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 4.5
Cask @ 3 Judges. Deep orange colour, off-white head. Nose is caramel malts, toffee. Flavour is caramel malts, toffee, sour fruits. Slightly sour finish. A bit thin bodied.
