Sensory Session #117:: clear, DARK Brown, mohagany color and a nice white head. Malty böse, Lots of dried fruits, raisins, honey, Like Mead. Taste follows the nose, less sweet than expected. Malty and raisins Finish.

Smell- weak malt, weak Belgian, faint yeast, faint caramel. Foam- thin, malt, weak Belgian tones.Head is quite small, white, with brown tones. Appearance- brewer bottle cap, simple label. From - pint Taste - weak caramel, malt, Belgian yeast, citrus, faint bitter tones. Decent Belgian.

From a 330ml bottle on 2/7/2023. Pours a clear deep amber with a small to medium head. Has a light malty smell, with hints of brown sugar,
caramel and Belgian yeast. Tastes primarily of dark and dried fruit - plummy, with some date and raisin. Slick palate with average carbonation. A pleasant if not particularly notable dark Belgian.
