Bottle thanks to hopheadjim. Pours with a hazed brown body and a lasting tan head. Aromas are peppery, medium phenol, earthy, grassy, celery/coriander, leather, brown sugar, light chocolate and medium alcohol. Flavors are mild esters (plum and pear), peppery, earthy, medium phenol, tannic plum skins, earthy and leathery finish. Very lively bubbles, medium dry, medium bodied with some alcohol warmth.
