A golden, malty beer with a soft bitterness derived from noble aroma hops (currently Hallertauer Tradition). It is fermented with either a Scottish or a German ale yeast. Hops change each batch.

Aroma: Mild hoppy aroma. Yeast, toffee, salt and almonds.
Appearance: Hazy amber body with a huge off-white head that slowly fades. Lively carbonation. Lots of sticky lacing.
Taste: Very yeasty, a little salty with a subdued pear flavour. Quite sweet and dry and just a hint of white pepper. Complex flavours that are reminiscent of a Belgian Tripel.
Palate: Medium body with a foamy mouthfeel. Soft carbonation fizz.
Overall: Yet another gushing bottle from Luckie Ales, but it’s worth the wait (and the clean up). This is really unusual; it’s unlike any other beer I’ve tried.
