Bottle, 4.7%. Citric aroma, a bit more unpleasant than usual. Clear dark brown colour, red shine. Very small head. The flavour starts off malty, turns a little citric, but no more than is pleasant. Herbal touch in the finish.

500ml bottle from Fenaknoken, Oslo. Dense, off-white head with long duration and fair lacing. Slightly hazy, ruby-brown body. Cocoa malty to the nose. Spicy dark fruity flavour well mixed with malty sweetness and a light touch of yeasty bitterness towards the ending. Medium bodied (at home in Tromsø watching football on TV, 13.07.2008).

500 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Also kindly supplied to me by Ole R, from Fenaknoken, Oslo. Bottle conditioned, ABV is 4.7%. Dark copper coloured beer, hazy, with a decent off-white head. The aroma has notes of wood, mild spices, caramel and a moderate and undefined fruitiness. The flavour is distinctly fruity, moderately acidic and slightly spicy, with notes of dark münchener malts. Moderate hops in the finish.

Big offwhite head. Reddish amber body with carbonation. Sugary earthy peas aroma with fruity notes. Vivid and harmonic. Dry-sweet earthy dusty peas taste with fruity musty notes. Light body. MIld, dusty mouthfeel with lingering astringency. Dry dusty citric peas aftertaste with earthy notes. Nice, but a bit watery for all that flavour. (0.5l bottle, Centra, Oslo. Rated it twice; same score both times.)
