Black with a brown head - Sweet wood aroma with malt - Malt body with a good wood flavour - The malt with a good sweet wood flavour goes into the finish - This was real good

2011 vintage, sampled side by side with old viscosity 2011. Pours black, no signs of carbonation. Smell isn't oxidized at all. Full bourbon. Taste is full, roasty, bourbon, very intense. Matured, but not the slightest oxidation. Very rounded after all these years. Pretty impressive! Very little carbonation, just the way I like it

2014 Vintage Bottle at home, 19th July 19. Pours black and viscous. Aroma is liquorice, barrel, liquor, wood. Taste is liquor, barrel, liquorice, caramel, not sweet, slight bitter. Fantastic Imperial Stout.
