On cask at Dog and Gun, Keswick (as "Keswick Woof and Bang") - Hazy straw body, thick pillowy white head. Lots of citrus at the top of the aroma, with a grassiness and resinous at the back. Taste is equally grassy, but has a decent hoppy kick to pull it out of the bland. Unspectacular, but refreshing.

50cl bottle from Ambleside Wines. Appearance - golden with a proportionate head. Nose - mostly pale malt but just a hint of citrus. Taste - a bit more citrus but still dominated by pale malt. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and quite a pleasant finish though more bitterness would not have been amiss. Overall - very sessionable if a little uninteresting.
