cask at cloisters ... deep brown ... thin off white head ... soft sweet toffee roast ... light dark malt nose .. sweet coffee broast ... some dark sugers ... just not working that well for me.

Cask @ 12th Ayrshire Real Ale Festival, Troon 2011. Copper colour, tan head. Nose is slight roasted malts, caramel, nutty and a bit of fruits. Flavour of light roasted malts, caramel, citrus.
