Cask at Cloisters. Pours clear golden amber, thin white head. Light soapy floral hop aromas, some malt, touch of butterscotch. Taste is more floral hop bitterness, caramel sweet at the end. Nice enough.

cask at cloisters...copper ... thin off white head ... soft fruit soft tofffe nose ... soft silky mouth feel ... very mellow flavour ... light toffee fruits up front ... soft caramel ... light zezty hop in finish ... light lime peel... very mellow and easy ... barest bitter linger ....3.7 cask at cloisters D-hop cascade. 14oz/brl ... light copper ... thin off white head ... soft sweet juicy orange caramel nose ... floral toffee hop ... sweet but not too sweet ... full rounded malt body ... light lemon passion fruit. very juicy ... low carbonation ... really liked this 3.9
