cask at cloisters .... dark amber ... soft smokey woody malts ... sharp woddy front (again cellar) ... soft smokey roast ... light fruity roast ... long light smoked finish ... interesting but not my thing

Cask, at Port Street Beer House, 14th September 2011. Gorgeous Ale and my first experience of a smoked beer, aroma is smokey, but not overpowering, mouth feel is oily and the taste is light smokey, makes you want to have more.
