...created to aid in deciphering the puzzles along life’s road, and interpreting signs in the voyages of the spirit. Brewed in homage to the wisdom of visionaries everywhere who blaze paths into uncharted territories.
Our take on an India Pale Ale (IPA.) A deep golden amber ale with a rich up-front malty nose finishing with a big, hoppy bite. Dry-hopped to finish with a big fresh (Cascade) hop flavor.
Fermented with our 150 year old strain of top-fermenting yeast.

Bottle from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours clear amber/copper with an off-white head. Aromas f fruit and roast malt. Med body or better. Flavor is caramel with a lot of earthy hop. Maybe some citrus and floral. The cascade citrus doesn’t seem prominent. It’s very balanced, quite tasty. Hop burn is slight. NW no. Good ale, yes.

bottle. Pretty good little IPA - great for drinking a few and nice for those new to IPAs or average fans. Lacks that distinguishing quality, but better than most beers.

12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a cloudy dark orange with about 2 fingers of white head. Aroma is light and floral with a little citrus. Taste is about the same. Not as bitter as I usually like. Light bodied with a kinda thin texture. Lively carbonation and not much of a finish. Overall, nothing special. A good intro to craft but that is about it.

Bottle sample at beerandbeyond farewell tasting at Dagan’s place. Thanks Dagan. Clear amber. Aroma of citric, resinous and slightly piney hops with slightly stale malt and some fruitiness. Sweetish flavor with a bit of graininess and a bitter hoppy finish. Medium-bodied.

bottle - Pours lightly hazy amber-orange with a one finger head. It has a mild, earthy hop aroma. The flavor consists of mild malt sweetness that leads quickly into high hop bitterness with herbal and earthy characteristics. It’s too thin. Interesting brew. Decent, but I’d say it’s below average for IPAs.
