Iris brings together two elements that were very present in our beers until the middle of the 20th century : the acidity produced by spontaneous fermentation and the bitterness resulting from the use of fresh hops followed by cold hopping.

Bottle 0.75l, trade with MrOrla, many many thanks, Martin! Vintage 2016. Lightly cloudy, gold amber colored. AROMA- apricot, peach, non sweet berries, leather, floral, herbal and spicy tones, hay, touch of citrus. FLAVOR- slightly sweet but pleasantly sour, pleasantly bitter, peach and apricot, hay, herbs, spicy, lemon, hips. Fuller bodied.

Bottleshare, 2016 vintage. Pours hazy orangy amber with an off white head. Aroma: floral, funk, earth, oak, peach, hay. Taste: dry, light to moderate acetic, vinegar hints, oak, citrus fruits, lemon peel, tannic berries. Medium body, soft carb, dry semi bitter finish.
