Cask at SRAF 2011. Hazy pink pour, big bubbles of head. Aromas of, as you;d expect, fresh beetroot and black pepper. I’d expected cooked beetroot to be honest, so was glad it smelt of the fresh stuff. Beetroot taste, light spice. Pepper builds. Nice experiment.

cask at SRAF ... pink red ... bubbly white head ... big black pepper nose ... hint of beet root nose... odd but not unpleasent light beetroot flav ... quite a lot of pepperyness ... light burn ...ok
