330ml bottle. Pours dark gold with a large head. Aroma is grassy and minerally. A little corn. Taste has minerals to start. Grass with a lick of uPVC on the finish.

Clear golden colour, minimal head; aroma of cider apple, grains, cardboard and metallic notes; taste has the same notes with spicy alcohol...ok, it is very far from being good, but the worst thing is its name: how the hell can they give the name 'ceres strong ale' to a strong pale lager?!? It is at least misleading! Disgusting trick!

Aroma malt, gress, aceton Utseende klar gylden med hvitt skum. Smak alkohol, malt, eple, humle. Alt for sterk til lagerøl, middels fyldig med moderat bitterhet. Boks delt av DjOeye, 50cl 7,7% BF231018

Uit een flesje gekocht in de lokale supermarkt in Bonassola, Italië. Zie nu pas dat het abv 7,7% is. Mooie gouden kleur, wit schuim, maar de smaak is wat vlak voor het abv.

Il gusto al naso si appoggia sull’orzo. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una discreta resistenza. Le bollicine sono di media grandezza. La consistenza del liquido è limpida. Il perlage è costituito da bollicine medie. La carbonazione è media, con ascesa morbida. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è strutturato. L’amaro è deciso. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono luppolate. Il finale è lungo, secco, pulito e complesso. L’aroma in bocca ritrova sentori di caramello, miele, pane tostato, luppolo, resina e alcol presente.

Tijdens vakantie in Italië gekocht en gedronken. Goudkleurig bier met stevige schuimkraag. Hoppig en fruitig in de geur en bitter in de smaak. Smaak blijft lekker hangen in de mond. Stevig bier om rustig van te genieten.
