Cask @ Alloa Real Ale Festival 2011, abv 4.3%. Dark ruby red brownish colour, off-white head. Nose is slightly roasted malts, grainy, vegetables. Quite unpleasant. Flavour is light roasted malts, bit of sour fruits, vegetables and coffee. Slightly roasty and bitter finish.

cask at guilford .... dark red .. thin tan head ... little thin in body but good mouthfeel ... soft sweet toffee roast malt nose ... light bitter roast front ... light chocolate ... soft toffee malt ... realy quite tasty with a decent balance ... happy to tried
