33 cl. bottle @ Dennis and Patries. Brown with an off-white head. Malty caramel aroma with some hops and dark fruits. Sweet taste with a full bodied low bitter finish. Fantastic beer, I like it even better than the 12.

Bottle from Etre. Solid dark brown in color with great clarity and a frothy off white head that persists and leaves lots of sticky lace. Light skunk aroma when first opened but that dissipated quickly leaving rich toasty bready notes with lots of dark dried fruits. Flavor is rich and decadent yet soft and delicate with an abundance of carbonation that gives a bit of a bubbly mouthfeel; light alcohol presence. Has a medium body with a bit of a drying finish that leaves just a hint of sweet caramelized malt on the palette. Spectacular beer! The 12 gets all the hype, but this one might be even better. Might need some more research on that.

Adding in my 300 Beers To Try ticks because I want to see how they impact my stats and some of them I will never see again. Will however re-rate them when practical.

Bottle, online from Etre Gourmet. Pours lightly hazed dark amber with an enormous beige/tan head. Aroma: toasted malts, caramel, dried fruits. Taste: moderate sweet & light bitter, toasted malts, caramel, candy sugar & spicy yeast. Medium body, huge carbonation, long dry finish

Bottle from Chez Sophie, drunk at home. Mahogany/brown, translucent with a small uneven film of off-white head. Gorgeous aroma of oak, chocolate, sarsaparilla, vanilla, forest fruit. Taste is slightly sweet and oaky, but there is an uncompromising hop bitterness behind it. Long dry finish with notes of sarsaparilla in the aftertaste. Heavy carbonation. Exceptional, although it's the least striking of the Westy beers it's still head and shoulders above almost anything I've had lately.

#12345 unique :) kapsel nieco podrdzewialy. Spore wysycenie. Wchuj suszonych owocow. Rodzynki, troche w papier. Nieco winnych nut, kapka sherry. Niewiele ciala. W uscie owocowa kwaskowatosc. Ale slodycz obecna. Zaskakujaco dobrze i ciekawie sie zestarzalo
