polypin at herriot watt festival ... nice hazy yellow ... nice soft apple pie nose ... dry soft apple ... nice and easy.

Keg at the Cross Hands, Winterbourne Down, S Gloucestershire 19/08/09. Dry, sour apples to the fore, some oak in the finish and plenty of fizz. Ok.

Cask @ Bon Accord. Hazy dark yellow colour. Nose of sour apple, hint of phenoles. Flavour of sour apple, dry, a bit woody.
