Inspired by an old Celtic word for Beer, “Curmi/Cuirim”, this delightfully refreshing wheat beer echoes the Celtic heritage of the region where it is brewed today. Curim has a higher hop rate than the mainstream wheat beers which leaves a slight tart residue, enough to balance the delicate fruity flavours of peach, banana and plum.

Clear yellow / golden color, average white head. Very nice aroma of mind sweet fruits and citrus. Taste is a little dull though and the beer has a low body and carbo.

Draft @ Bull and Castle, Dublin.

not bad, but as a micro brewer in the overall beer desert that is ireland at the moment, this needs to be better. filtered is not the way to go with this, the flavor is way too sweet. color and aroma are fine, a little macro in the carbonation, maybe should be bottle conditioned instead of pasturized. again, the expectation of this is one does not meet the actual beer itself, was dissapointed.

0.5L bottle, small stable head, quite clear light bronze colour, wheaty with hints of vanila and spice, flavour of wheat with bready notes, pleasant hints of lemon and white fruits, long sour and slightly too bitter aftertaste. Refreshing and quite good.

Bottle. Clear deep golden color with a small white head. Aroma of fruits, malt, butter, toffee, caramel. Sweetish malty flavor with caramel, toasted notes, light fruitiness and a drier, slightly bitter finish. Light-medium-bodied.

bottle - Pours slightly hazy gold with a one finger white head and smells of bready malts. It tastes sweet and light with a very mild hint of fruit. It’s okay as a thirst quencher, but is bland and underwhelming.

(Draught at William K Kurvi) Poured pale golden and clear. Head was quite large, white and it disappeared quite rapidly. Aroma contained citiricness, spiciness and fruitiness. Palate was light bodied and stinging with quite high carbonation. Flavours were malts, fruitiness, sweetness, wheat porridge, molassess, mildly grass and some bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and mildly bitter.
