La Brice est une bière limpide, brillante et légère. Une mousse fine et blanche qui colle au verre couvre une blonde au nez frais au goût bien équilibré entre houblon et pointe d’épice.

Bouteille 33cl. After update from brewery, this is the same beer as Bonne F 104.9.

Bottle from Utobeer. Very lively pour, leading to some spillage. Hazy, pale gold in colour with a thin, white head. Candy sugar aroma with a touch of spice and yeast. Light mouth feel, with sugary sweet flavour, some cereal malts and honey, before a short, dry finish. Did not pack much punch for a relatively strong beer.

Bottle, Quinns, Camden. Slightly hazy gold pour with minimal head. Yeasty, bready aroma with vague spice and melon notes. Nasty grainy, yeasty flavour. Something not quite right here. Actually rather repugnant. Boo!

bottle. Hazy golden yellow, large white head. Medicinal aroma. Malty, hoppy and slightly fruity with a medicinal character. A bit thin and watery overall, I expected more flavour than that.

Medium white head. Hazy pale yellow body with floaties. Intense anise, coriander, and ginger aroma with mealy notes. The ginger particularly stands out. Sharp dry herbal watery taste with syrupy notes. Light, fresh, clean. Mid-bodied. Dry herbal syrupy aftertaste with peppery gingery notes. Nice, and very unusual. (0.33l bottle from gr0ve.)

Bottle. Hazy very pale yellow, white head. Hoppy and yeasty aroma, a bit malts. Smells promising. Flavour is yeasty and malty, slightly hoppy bitter finish. Very thin body, especially considering the ABV. A bit of a disappointment.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a lacing white head. Almost clean cornish acidic dry aroma, light spiced though. Flavour is mild mellow yeasty with a light wheaty note and delicate spice twist. Creamy carbonation mouthfeel, mild spiced finish too. Light caramel and yeasty mix into the finish, yet doesn’t let go of the pilsner like elements and stays much inside of that realm flavourwise.
