Er werd ook gebruik gemaakt van kruidnageln vanille, koriander, kaneel en jeneverbes. Zeer kruidig bier maar toch mooi in evenwicht. hazy brown colour with reddish notes, huge, dense yellowish-beige-ish head; aroma of dried plum, raisins, apple notes, licorice and anise, some biscuit and nuts; taste has the same notes and so e dark chocolate; enjoyable, though obviously not a masterpiece

Pours hazy dark brown with a small, foamy, tan head. The aroma contains roasted malt, dark chocolate, coffee, herbs, yeast, some sugar and caramel. It tastes medium sweet and medium to light herbal, hoppy bitter, with a toasty finish. Only medium body, oily/slick texture, soft carbonation. Well-hidden alcohol. A beer that doesn’t really know where it’s going. A bit off-balance. Lacking some more strength in the palate.
