Cask-conditioned at the Bag O’Nails, Bristol 13/10/07. Pale gold with a slight white head. Citrus fruit aroma followed by flavours of grapefruit and smoke with a dry finish. Good.

Cask at Peterborough Beer Fest. Clear golden. Aroma of salty licorice and orange. Fairly soft and sweet with medium body. Roasty and smokey with loads of tar and salty finish. Good, unusual golden ale.
