Deep Cover Brown Ale is brewed in the tradition of the brown ales commonly enjoyed in the U.K. Despite its reddish-brown color, it is light bodied and slightly sweet, making it a very drinkable and refreshing brew. Dark caramel malts lend this ale its rich color, while toasted and Munich malts provide just enough body to be truly enjoyable.

Hazy deep amber body with a small frothy tan head. Sweet caramel and dark malt aroma. Sweet toffee, roasted nuts, caramel and some dark malt flavors.

Pour is a dark brow with a small tan head. Aroma is a nice mix of roasty malts and nuts. Flavor is not so good. Pretty bland and boring. After two good drinks i can detect nothin. Maybe a little malts in there but that’s it. Very light and boring.

Clear, dark copper pour with miniscule beige head. Aroma if malty, both sweet and earthy. The flavor is slightly sweet with notes of raisin and caramel. Dry mouthfeel from the thin to medium body. Moderate finish. Refreshing.

Bottle. Not a bad taste to it, a little sweet taste, and is quite light. Not much else.

Pours deep copper/red with a minimal off-white head. Cerealy, caramely aroma. Body is very toasty and sweet, with lots of caramel and a bit of nuttiness. I could drink several of these.

Impressive beer from Left Hand, so far I have liked everything they have to offer. Sweet caramel aroma and nice malty/brown sugar flavor. I'll definitely try this one again.
