Kicsi, gyorsan eltűnő hab, félbarna szín.Illata intenzíven édeskés, gyümölcsös, karamellel keverve. Rendkívül intenzív, édeskés, déligyümölcsös, pici gyantával. Nagyon testes, közepesen szénsavas és keserű. Nagyon finom, de kicsit túltolták, egy pohár bőven elég belőle.

Pours a dark copper, with lots of floaty bits (yeast? hops?). Aroma is dominated by malt and roasted grain. Flavor is pretty grassy, with some roasted grain, sweet malt, more than a touch of licorice/anise. Well-balanced. Alcohol content is well-hidden in this one. Not as citrusy or tropical fruity as most IPAs, but still pretty good.

Hazy light brown colour. Aroma is very floral and sweet. Flavour has a lot of strong , caramel and sugary fruit. Lots of malt sugars. Very boozy.

330ml bottle from 16th Street Liquor store. Tasting with George. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is candied fruits, caramel, spices. Taste is sweet, caramel, toffee, candied citruses. Same character extremely bitter aftertaste. Very good.

On tap at Beer Temple. Hazy golden orange colour, white head. Aroma of orange peel, citrus, crackers, marmalade. Flavour is harsh, bitter and alcoholic, orange peel plus the white stuff, crackers, light floral, firm bitter finish. Medium bodied.

Tap @ Beer Temple, sample size. Cloudy orange/amber color. Dense off white head with good retention and lacing. Aroma’s: resinous, herbal/flowery hops, light tropical fruit. Flavor is quite bitter, light fruity. Medium bodied. Finish is firmly bitter, earthy, slightly dry and herbal.

Bottle. Murky ruby/amber body with a medium off-white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of marzipan, crystalised orange and strawberry syrup. Flavour of biscuit, honey and marmalade with a hot, boozy finish. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Light fizz. Quite sickly, disappointing.

Medium, yellowish, rather dense head over clear copper beer. Grapey, citrussy and generally very fruity hops’ nose. Rosewater and lychee, sweet almonds. Very bitter with again a marked but hardly sweet rosewater flavour. Amandine with quinine. Harsh and resiny. Medium bodied, but very oily-slick, even a bit sticky. Tannine-like effect. Severe IPA, the nose putting one completely on the wrong foot. If this is Yang, what sweet concoction Yin must be?

Amber colored, unclear with some floaters, medium white frothy lasting head, nice lacing. Aroma is of caramel malt, toffee, fruity and citrus hops, bit floral, some orange hard candy. Taste is medium+ sweet caramalty background, fruity hard candy, citrus and floral moderate hoppiness, medium+ bitterness, semidry finish, lasting bitter aftertaste. Medium to full bodied, soft carbonation, sticky. Under the impression that it should be less sticky caramely and more hoppy...
