After some amazing feedback to our single hop Simcoe showcase in Sentinel, we’re smashing that single hop vibe again, this time with Mosaic. Featuring a monster 27g/l dry hop bill, Fickle brings to the fore all those incredible mango, pineapple and papaya notes, all wrapped up in our in-house Polly’s yeast blend.

Can from Lupe Pintos. Murky golden body with a white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of melon, straw and mango. Flavour of Jelly Babies, lychee and tangerine. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. Delicious.

Can at home, 02/06/19. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is bitter orange, weed, pine resin, light skunk, ripe tropical fruit medley. Taste comprises pine resin, grass, grapefruit, dank chimes, orange pith, ripe tropical fruits, bitter sweet melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with lightly dankened to juicy hop bitterness. Solid fresh IPA … easily the best brew I've had from these guys to date.
