After some amazing feedback to our single hop Simcoe showcase in Sentinel, we’re smashing that single hop vibe again, this time with Mosaic. Featuring a monster 27g/l dry hop bill, Fickle brings to the fore all those incredible mango, pineapple and papaya notes, all wrapped up in our in-house Polly’s yeast blend.

Can at home in Barbados, picked up in Sterk Amsterdam, consumed in hammock, 26th August 19. Pours clear orange. Aroma is pineapple, pine, citrus. Taste is sweet, pineapple, a weird bitterness, but only light. It’s OK, but not my favourite

Can at home. A bit hazy yellow-golden color, medium sized white head. Aroma is lightly malty, hops, grassy hops but also quite fruity. Flavor is similar: grassy hops and fruity hop notes, lightly hop bitter ony, it leans towards the sweeter IPA's, at least, it's not nearly my favorable kind of bitterness, but nowadays you gotta be happy with every shred of bitterness you find it seems. Body is decent, texture is lightly oily, carbonation is soft. Quite alright, would have loved some more bitterness but it's fairly enjoyable.

440ml can from Chez Sophie. Pours a hazed gold, medium white head. Big fresh mosaic nose. Smooth well rounded hazy IPA character, voluptuous highly hopped mosaic flavours with all kinds of ripened exotics, pithy rind, smoothie and pine flavours coming into play. Very good well rounded single hop IPA. Classic Polly.
